Rose Group Company Programs - Enhancing what it means to be a Rose Group Team Member!
The Rose Fund provides financial assistance to Rose Group associates that find themselves in a financial crisis, brought on by a catastrophic life event.
This program is funded by employee donations and company contributions.
If you would like to donate through a payroll deduction please download the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form to mail or fax to the payroll department.
If you need help offsetting the cost of a catastrophic life event, you may apply for a Rose Fund Grant. Please download the Grant Application to mail or fax to the Rose Fund Committee

Your situation will be addressed with confidentiality, fairness, non-retaliation, and urgency. There are only two steps...
Step 1:
- Speak with your immediate supervisor
- Present your issue, the details, and your desired resolution
- If you don't feel comfortable speaking with your supervisor, contact Human Resources Representative. Your issue will be investigated and responded to by a member of management.
Step 2:
- If you are not satisfied or don't feel comfortable speaking with management, contact the Associate Hotline at 888-881-7909. You may remain anonymous if you want to.
- Your information will be taken by phone and will be followed up by a Human Resources Representative as soon as possible within a couple of weeks.
