As the inaugural recipient of Corner Bakery Cafe’s Franchise Operating Partner of the Year, our team is proud to accept this 2013 award. This award recognizes our teams’ exemplary franchisee contributions which have directly impacted the success of The Rose Group and the Corner Bakery Cafe brand.

The nominees were selected based on the partner’s leadership and performance in the categories of: sales increase, Best in Class guest relations, CORE & SAFE evaluation programs, and Java City BSA results. Scott Ridgway, Director of Operations, led The Rose Group team to the top by challenging everyone to grow the market, develop our employees, and always deliver on the brand’s promise to our guests.
